Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C on arrival. Use within 24 hours, or freeze on the day of delivery in 500g portions and use within 3 months.
Preparation: Cook to at least 71°C throughout. Brown in a hot pan first for flavour, drain any excess fat, then add spice, tomato or aromatics. Works from raw in oven bakes and stuffed vegetables at 180°C for 40 to 50 minutes.
