Sard & Tazeh sour cherries (albaloo) are individually quick frozen, in a 400g pack. The label says no preservatives or colourings are added. Sour cherries are the fruit behind Persian albaloo polo (sour cherry rice with chicken), and they make a sharp compote, jam or sauce for meat. Use them straight from frozen in cooking. The cherries still have their stones in.
