Halal T-bone steak, prepared to hand-slaughter standards. Sirloin and fillet in one cut.

The T-bone gives you two steaks on one bone: sirloin on the wider side, fillet on the narrower. Both cook at the same time, both stay tender, and the bone runs flavour into the meat as it cooks. A showcase weekend cut for family dinner. Best on a hot cast-iron pan or a very hot grill, seasoned simply so the meat carries the plate. Prepared to hand-slaughter standards, cut to order and sold by the kilogram.
